What is Graphic Design Art?

Many people may be confused about what exactly is graphic design art, recent technology has opened up a variety of new fields, but in essence, graphic design is art.

What's confusing about all design is that the medium the graphic artist may use can include just about anything. You've seen graphic design arts done in recycled garbage, in paint mediums, in precious metals, in computer imagery, film imagery, photography and a variety of different types of print media. Paul Cezanne - Painting Stability and Density of Forms

Paul Czanne (1839 -1906), a French painter, was an impressionist in style. His paintings were just like a bridge linking two great movements in the history of painting. Cezanne was attached with both the major artistic movements called impressionism and cubism. It was not a surprise that painters like Metisse and Picasso used to say that “Cezanne is father of us all”. These painters were in fact influenced by the artworks done and the painting style practiced by Cezanne.

The paintings done in the styles of impressionism and Cubism, the colour compositions he applied, and the masterly designs he had drawn: these were the artistic materials, which made Cezanne a resourceful artist. For other artists who followed cubist style of paintings after him, Cezanne was the source of inspiration.
